How We Got Here

SourceOne has evolved alongside the businesses we serve.
We started in technology support — keeping small business systems running when everything felt like it was on fire. Then we moved into marketing — helping businesses show up online and stay in front of their customers.
But when AI arrived, something frustrated us. Business owners everywhere were hearing about it, dabbling with it, asking ChatGPT questions and writing emails — and calling that "using AI." Nobody was showing them what it could actually do. How it could answer their phones, follow up with leads, run their marketing, and free them from the tasks eating their days.
That gap is why SourceOne exists in its current form. We're not an agency that added AI to our menu. We rebuilt around it because small businesses need implementation help, not just another tool.
