SourceOne Technologies provides AI systems and website development services for small businesses, including but not limited to AI call answering, chat widgets, and custom website builds. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

3. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

Services such as Promptly and Starter Sites require an upfront setup fee and an ongoing monthly subscription. Payments are processed securely. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time with no long-term contracts. Setup fees are generally non-refundable once the build process has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SourceOne Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
